VINDA SEA upholds integrity and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as part of its business operations and adopts a zero-tolerance policy against any form of bribery and corruption, and all other illegal or unethical behavior.
VINDA SEA instills awareness of Vinda Code of Conduct, Anti — Corruption among associates through availability of policy and procedure in the Electronic Documentation Management System (E-DMS) and E- Learning through the Learning Management System (LMS).
VINDA SEA provides avenue for associates and members of the public to raise concerns about any possible improprieties in the conduct of the Group's business, whether in matters of financial reporting or other operational or non-operational irregularities or malpractices, at the earliest opportunity.
The above list is not exhaustive and includes any act of omissions which if proven, will constitute an act of misconduct under Vinda's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics or any criminal offence under relevant legislations in force.

Information Required To Submit A Complaint:
We treat each submission with strict confidentially, your submitted information will be accessible to a single designed individual, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality.
A whistleblower who submits a disclosure via VINDA Whistleblowing channels will be accorded with protection of confidentiality of identity, to the extent reasonably practicable. In addition, an associate who raised concerns internally will be contacted if any further assistance is required and the identities will not be disclosed without prior consent as they will remain anonymous.
Such protection is provided even if the investigation later reveals that the whistleblower is mistaken as to the facts and the rules and procedures involved.
